I found Aparna's sessions extremely helpful not only in terms of understanding my own professional goals better, but also addressing in depth issues that I never knew existed, or I never had a formal closure for. My coaching journey with Aparna helped me discover who I really was. It is all about knowing yourself, paying attention to what you think about yourself. We followed an inside-out approach during all the sessions. Aparna helped me build a completely new perspective about many events and issues which I had discussed with her. I was engaged in coaching for both personal and professional aspects. We have discussed each aspect of what was troubling me in various areas and then worked through to developing workable/doable solutions. In the first session itself, it was clear to me that this is going to be life-changing if I could inculcate the habits that are getting surfaced in the discussion. I was confused in conflicting priorities of multiple businesses, in-decisive, delaying the actions, and losing on various opportunities due to this. But my small decision to discuss with Aparna has helped me in regaining my confidence; it has changed my attitude towards my profession, my future. The problems get surfaced without any specific efforts (at least from my side). She turns the general discussion into a problem finding and solving technique. Aparna is a very good coach. We discussed a variety of topics during the assignment. I have not discussed most of my problems with anyone, and it was good to speak to her about them. She is a very good listener and leaves a positive impact.

Wow!!! My life completely transformed for the better in the course of the 6 sessions I had with Coach Aparna.
