How do you inspire others?

Reading Time: 2 minutes

If you engage on social media you will relate to the word ‘influencer’
Now, there is a whole industry out there of influencers and online celebrities.
If you follow them, they are constantly in your feeds and in a way on your mind- influencing you at every step of the way.
We like influencers because we aspire to be like them. So if given a chance, would you want to become an influencer?

My guess is you said YES

I would love to be one too.. but with a slight difference. I don’t want to influence but I want to inspire. It has always been my endeavour to inspire people to take action in the direction of their dreams. That’s why I am a coach

And I do believe – when you inspire others with your own experience you’ll create a tribe of people cheering you on. Your tribe want you to succeed and they see their own success in your success. When you win, everybody wins.

How fabulous is it to have a tribe like that!

So how can you inspire others?

My suggestion would be to first start with an intention; then follow these three simple steps –

1. Show your truth.

Stating your truth will help people see your authentic self. It is said that Your vibe will build your tribe. Keeping your message authentic and human will have greater relatability.

2. Simplify your message.

To inspire we need to be very clear in what is possible to achieve. State the possibilities with clarity and paint the vision of an incredible future, full of best experiences.

3. Show you care.

You cannot inspire if you don’t care. That according to me is the difference between influencing and inspiring. By genuinely caring with your words and actions, you will first earn trust. Trust is the foundation for every relationship right? It is also the foundation to inspire others.

Remember these 3 steps may look simple but are difficult to follow through if you don’t have the intention to inspire others.

Good luck! 🙂
